Worried that Christmas spending is running away with you?   Help is at hand...

Make yourself a cup of tea then sit down and take a few minutes to think about your Christmas present list and how much you can afford to spend on them this year.  Then simply download the Debt Advice Foundation Present Planner, and fill in who’s on your list and how much you want to spend on them. 

The Planner will show the total cost for you – and you can go back and adjust the amounts on each gift until you are happy with the total budget.

Then as you buy presents, add them to the Gifts section with the cost of what you’ve bought and you’ll be able to see a gift-by-gift total of what you’ve spent so far – and how your overall budget is doing.
