This comes as competition for university places is at an all time high and those leaving university face an uncertain future with 69 applicants now being reported for every graduate job.

This comes as competition for university places is at an all time high and those leaving university face an uncertain future with 69 applicants now being reported for every graduate job.
Aaron Porter, president of the National Union of Students believes that the current system is regressive and that universities should be looking to provide better financial support and debt advice so that the poorest members of society aren't deterred from applying.
