Debt Advice Foundation passes with flying colours

 

Staff at Debt Advice Foundation are celebrating after successfully maintaining the charity’s Advice Quality Standard (AQS) approved status, a nationally recognised quality mark for organisations who provide free and independent advice to members of the public.  

 

The AQS mark is designed to demonstrate that organisations provide a well-run and good quality service. Services must be client focussed and give the client all of the necessary information required for them to make a well-informed choice. 

 

The AQS is awarded through a strict, independent assessment process, ending in a final site visit. AQS look at many things during the process such as access to the service, meeting client’s needs and commitment to quality.
