What debts are included in an Administration Order?

Unfortunately, the Administration Order legislation does not clarify which debts can and can’t be included in the arrangement.

Whilst the treatment of unsecured debts is reasonably consistent, different courts will have different practices regarding the inclusion of secured debts, fines and priority debts differently. If you are considering an Administration Order, it might be worth asking your local county Court or local CAB for advice.
