Who qualifies for an Administration Order?
To qualify for an Administration Order, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be able to prove you are not able to meet your contracted monthly repayments after your essential expenditure has been accounted for (an Advisor will help you do this).
- Have at least one County Court Judgement or High Court Judgement against you.
- The combined total of the debts to be listed in the Administration Order must be less than £5,000 (see What debts are included in an Administration Order?).
- You must owe money to at least two creditors.
