Who qualifies for an Administration Order?

To qualify for an Administration Order, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Be able to prove you are not able to meet your contracted monthly repayments after your essential expenditure has been accounted for (an Advisor will help you do this).
Have at least one County Court Judgement or High Court Judgement against you.
The combined total of the debts to be listed in the Administration Order must be less than £5,000 (see What debts are included in an Administration Order?).
You must owe money to at least two creditors.
