What next?

Complete the client’s details in the form provided and submit a call-back request.
One of the charity’s advisers will call the client back at the time they’ve requested.
During the advice session, the client will be asked about their household income, expenditure and debts so please ask them to have these details to hand.
Once the adviser has all the information they require, they will take the client through all of the options that are available to them.
