Registered UK charity Debt Advice foundation provides free legal debt advice as part of our debt advisory service.
This includes advice on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), Bankruptcy, Administration Orders and Debt Relief Orders.
Before entering into a legally binding debt solution, you must seek legal debt advice to help you understand the legal and professional implications:
- Will it affect your employment?
- Will you be able to keep your house and other assets?
- How long will it last?
- How much will you have to pay back?
- Will it affect your credit rating?
